The info on it sez that it is an 'end of life' product and most houses
including newegg don't have it in stock.

Prices at the in and out of stock houses range from $170 + tax &
shipping to $195 +.

These grabcart.com guys (seem to) list it as in stock for $194+

What PC is it (was it) powering?

I just looked it up and I can't see why you can't simply replace it with
a good quality modern 600W PSU.
