I need a engineering document template anything considered, thx

I have a engineering technical report and require a template that has info
like, issuer, approver, checker, revision, etc

Anything will do for now, so i can get a feel for this template wizard, it
is a bit confusing at the moment, and does not do what i want.
 
Did you try Google? I wouldn't be surprised if there was something out
there.
