try changing the Display Theme to the default Windows XP theme (right-click
on desktop, select properties, themes tab, select Windows XP from the Theme
listbox), press Apply. then click on Settings tab, press Advanced button,
on the General tab, verify that the DPI setting for the Display is Normal
(96DPI), press Apply.

you may need to logoff/logon after that

ok, on the window that has the buttons you can't see/access, right-click
anywhere on its title bar, select Move from the popup menu, then, using the
arrow keys on the keyboard (up/down/left/right), move the window to the
desired position on the screen, then press the Enter key on the keyboard.
the window will stay wherever you put it, then you can use the mouse to
press the Apply/OK buttons, etc.

you should also remember to set the Screen size (resolution) to a reasonable
size, at least 800x600 or 1024x768 on a 15" monitor, or higher for larger
monitors. set the colour depth for Highest colour for best viewing also.

This way may work. Start your computer in safe mode. To do this, you press
F8 as the computer starts. The safe mode uses a plain vanilla VGA driver.
The screen will be the right size and you can make corrections.

Dear,

Just restart the Operating system in safe mode by pressig F8 in the initial
screen, if it does not work use VGA mode.

I hope you will feel easy
