I can't use the delete button in Word, but I can in Excel. Also, the
boundaries on labels isn't showing up like it used to.

For the label boundaries issue:

In Word 2003 or earlier, click on Table | Show Gridlines.

In Word 2007, click on a label (which is actually a table cell), and
click on Table Tools | Layout tab | Table group | View Gridlines.

The "delete block" appears on the task bar, but it won't let me check "no".
The "yes" is in ( ). I'm not sure what to uncheck in the Tools, Options.

Did you read the status bar message? You don't "check" anything: you press Y
for yes or N for no (the Yes is selected by default, so you can probably
press Enter to accept it).

Did you read the referenced article? You clear both the Tools | Options |
General check boxes that refer to WordPerfect.
