The envelope with the arrow icon that shows if a message has been replied to
or forwarded in my inbox is missing. How do I get it back?
 
Hard to say without knowing any configuration details.
Include at least you version of Outlook and which type of mail account you
are using.
 
Make sure you are still seeing the icon column--the one with the page. If
it's wandered off, right click on the to-from header line and use the field
chooser to put it back.
