I keep getting msg cant contact LDAP Directory Server (81)

Can anyone help. I keep getting message - Can't contact LDAP Directory
Server (81) when I try to use my contacts
 
Hi,
First of all be sure that you have installed the latest SP

or maybe you try this
TOOLS | EMAIL ACCOUNTS | View or change existing email directories or
address books, and there please delete the the LDAP Directory
