Outlook 2002; cant Contact LDAP directory Server, fix

I followed the instructions from here:

Contact LDAP Directory Server (81)

to fix this problem, but outlook 2002, that I have, was
OEM, so Microsoft wont send me the fix directly; I'll have
to go back to my mobile phone provider to get it...but
that will take ages...does anybody know where I can get
this fix?

Are you actually using LDAP? If not create a new profile from the mail icon
in the control panel
