I have several pst folders/1 nav. pane/how can emails get sorted

I HAVE 4 PST FOLDERS IN MY NAVIGATION PANE. HOW CAN I SORT INCOMING EMAILS TO
GO TO THE SPECIFIC FOLDER? HOW CAN I WRITE OUTGOING EMAILS FROM EACH FOLDER
(SEPARATE EMAIL ADDRESS)
