I HAVE NUMBERS POP UP???????????????

I HAVE NUMBERS POP UP ALL OVER WHILE EACH PAGE IS LOADING. IT HAS SLOWED DOWN ,MY PC AND IT ALL STARTED WHILE I WAS DOWNLOADING THE HOME XP LATEST INSTALLATIONS....YOU KNOW, ON THE MICROSOFT PAGE WITH ALL THE CRITICAL AND NEW STUFF. PLEASE HELP
 
If you are getting popup on the internet than just installed windowsxp sp2 on the computer.I did it resolved my problems like this
