I have 'lost 'my start up menu!

I deleted SahAgent.exe because I thought it was causing
my pop up problems and now that the computer has re
started I have completely lost the start up menu bar and
task bar. I can't even shut down the computer , please
can anyone help before I go completely nuts!!Do I need to
restore SAH and if I do, where do I find it? thanks Judex

Boot the system, start tapping F8, when the menu appears, select Safe Mode
and press enter. When you get to Safe Mode you should be offered the option
to go to System Restore. Accept that option and let it take you back to a
time prior to when this began.

If it doesn't immediately offer the option, while in Safe Mode, go to Start
(It should be appear in Safe Mode)\All Programs\Accessories\System
Tools\System Restore.
