I have instoled CD-R/RW but cannot find the hardware device

Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this
hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)

Thomas, make sure you have the Ribbon cable on correctly. Red stripe on
cable should line up with Pin1 on Device and
Motherboard.
