cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)"

I got above message when I plug my MP 3 and go to property of my
computer on device manager.
I check on the internet and some user suggest delete following
registry to resolve the issue

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E96B-
E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

I found that I have many registry with same name.

Thanks for the message,
I see there are many registry have same value. I am not sure that
should I delete them all?

Did you mis-type the registry address above?
The Microsoft Fixit page has the word "Control" where you have
"Contro l", and "965" where you have "96B".

If not sure how to safely modify your registry: Don't! Connect to the web
page with the problem computer and use the "Microsoft Fix it" option.

Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing
or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

It works for CODE 41 situations. I have no experience with MP3.
