i have frontpage 2003

i bought a new computer and i was trying to connect to my website but it gets
a error like the folder "www.nsc-marketing.com isnt accessible ive checked my
server and frontpage extensions are installed

Have you checked that the PC's firewall allows FrontPage access to the
Internet?

And using File Open Site and entering http://www.nsc-marketing.com/
- or browsing to the site home page in IE an using File Edit w/ FP
(to see if it asks for the credentials and opens the site)
