I have deleted all on my outlook to a message that my box was ful.

I should be able to receive e-mail now, but it seems to think I am still
full? I deleted trash and most all my messages? Do I need to do more?

Ensure that you do not have "Keep a copy of messages on the Server"
checked in your mail account settings - a "Mailbox Full" message
*usually* refers to the fact that your mail box on your *ISP* 's server
is full, nothing to do with your local mailbox.
