All of a sudden I was not able to delete any e-mails. Now I have 677
messages in my inbox and can't delete anything. The error message says to
run scanpst.exe which does not exist in my system. What do I do? My email
is getting slower and slower and I don't receive some e-mails or I receive
them very late. Thanks.

Youve searched, to include hidden, for scanpst.exe?
Where its located depends on your OL version & o/s

If you installed Outlook, you have the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe). We
can't tell you where it is because you didn't post any information about
your version or OS. Look it up in KB.

You probably expected us to look it up for you. This will get you started,
then you can refine the search to match your version and O/S.

I have outlook 2007. I ordered my computer from Dell. As I understand now
from Microsoft, I have to go to Dell for support since they loaded the
software.

Unlikely. Have you read any of the posts we made to try to help you?
