I have connection issues

I am attempting to corectly configure an RDC with my WIN XP PRO SP2... So far
I have:

-enabled Remote dektop connections for my PC

-fowarded port 3389 on my Norton firewall and on my Linksys router. (All of
my other firewalls are shut down including the Windows firewall.)

-set up a "no-ip" update client to work with my public IP

-successfully connected an RDC directly through my home LAN

Whenever I attempt to connect to the PC using the "no-ip" domain name or the
publiuc ip address i get an error message saying the connection didnt work.

It just started to connect about an hour after setting it up... kinda wierd
huh.... now i cant login.. i am logining in the same way i was when i did
through the LAN connection
