I have been trying for hours to set up email

I have been trying for six hours to set up this account so I can send
pictures to my grandson. Help! I have never had so much trouble in my
life. I even tried on my old computer that has XP but they have picked the
new software for this e-mail. Yuk.... Help this grandma out.

You'd have to be a Yahoo Mail Plus subscriber to be able to access
(send/receive mail from) your Yahoo account in Windows Mail.

However, you can install Yahoo Toolbar and enable the option to make Yahoo
Mail your default. See

PS: NEVER post or use your real email address in a public newsgroup or

I had the same problem and just called my internet provider and he walked me
through it no problem
