I have Access 97 & 2003 installed on my computer

Why can I not run Access 97? A Microsoft Access message appears, Microsoft
Access can't start because there is no license for it on this machine. I
installed this from my (purchased) Office 97 Professional Edition! On the
back is my CD Key: of 11 Numbers. I need to use Access 97 for Paper Flow
program editing. Paper Flow will not use my 2003! Any help will be of great
service....
