I have a recycle bin for D: but not for my C drive

I have an icon for recycle bin on the dektop, but it only shows files deleted
from my D: drive (where XP resides). Any files I delete from the C drive
seem to go to a separate bin, but it isn't visible. I have seen the posts
regarding regedit, to restore or repair a recycle bin, but don't know if this
will work when I already have the icon on the desktop. I think I should have
a second icon for the recycle bin used by C.

Help gratefully accepted.

Rightclick the recycle icon, Properties, ands set the drives as you prefer. (one for all, or one for each.)

Thanks, Mark, but that doesn't seem to solve the problem. The Properties tab
only allows the settings to be configured independently for each bin or
globaly, it doesn't appear to help get the icon for the C drive bin onto the
desktop. When I delete a file from C: I get the usual message about "do you
want to send this file to the recycle bin" but when I click on the recycle
bin icon on the desktop it only contains files deleted from D: for the bins.
It seems that there is a bin for C: but I cant see it!
