i have a document1.mircrosof locked in my computer how do i unlock

I cannot use my computer because some how this document1.microsof is locked
in I need to get to unlock this document and I cannot do it I need help.

Open the Display app in Control Panel (on the start menu). The Desktop tab
has a "Customize Desktop" button, then a Web tab, and uncheck the checkbox
for that document.
