I had downloaded Service Pack 1, 2 and 3 and my email in Outlook .

I have downloaded Service Pack 1, 2, and 3 but I continue to have error
messages ONLY on send mail as "Task 'smtp server name' -Sending and Receiving
reported error (0x8004210B)"'The operation timed out waaiting for a reponse
from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message,
contact your server administrator or internet service provider (ISP)'.

The message will FINALLY go out about 24 hours later. I have contacted my
ISP and Virus software reps but cannot find the answer to my problem.
Somebody please HELP!!
 
Try increasing the server timeout in your account properties.
