I get an Error

Hello my name is Rich I get an Error when I try to save
the movie to my computer. I get this error.

" ASSERT Failed
pi.dir == PINDIR_INPUT"

If you know why I get this error or know how to fix it

Try the Problem Solving... Acceleration and Codecs page first. Might be a
codec issue.

I can't get the menu to display on my IE browser.

Hi there,

Right click where the menu you should be and select Refresh. That should do
it.
