I get an error that says "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.

Whenever I try to start Outlook XP I get the error: "Cannot start Microsoft
Outlook. A program error occured. Quit Outlook and Microsoft Windows and then
start again." I have tried this to no avail. I have used the repair option
and done a complete install. The only software that I have that interacts
with Outlook is Zone ALarm for viruses/junk mail and Palm conduit for
downloads. I have disabled both and it still will not come up. Operating on a
Vaio RB40 Windows XP Home. I really need my mail, please help.
 
Have you checked your application event viewer? Look for event ID number and
source if any are office or outlook related.
