2007 Outlook Error Msg. Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook

I get this message when I click Outlook. Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.
Cannot open the Outlook Window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors
have been detected in the file.
C"\Users\Computername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outloo\Outlook.pst
Quit Outlook and all other mail-enanled apps and then use the Inbox Repair
tool (Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file.
I FINALLY found that repair tool, but I have no idea where to send it to
look for the files to repair.

Close Outlook.

Double-click scanpst.exe. Follow the default instructions. Note that it will
ask you to browse to your PST file so make sure you know where that is. Scan
repeatedly until no errors are found.

Open Outlook and hopefully this works for you. Please post back and let me
know how you make out.
