I can't seem to open internet explorer. It says error has occured and it has to close. I have to go through msn explorer to get on the net!

Try to solve the problem with a repair reinstallation of the IE: "How
to Reinstall or Repair Internet Explorer and Outlook Express in
Windows XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=318378).
