I E 6 - Secure website problem - still !!!!!!!!!

Hi evry1
I was having the problem of not being able to sign into
messenger or getting into secure websites.
I downloaded enigma and netscape and i am still having
the problem.
I have also checked all settings, downloaded updates etc.
I have virgin.net isp, and have found othere with the
same problem.
Can anyone help me ???

Sounds like a Firewall issue?
