IE6 will not access any secure websites

Hi Everybody,

I'm hoping someone can help me with a problme I'm having. I've got a
computer that I"m working on that will not access ANY secure (https)
websites. The computer is running WinXP with IE6. I've done virus and
spyware scans. There are no signs that something is wrong with the
computer other that the fact that IE will not access any secure sites.
If I try to access a secure site it just times out. My firewall is
setup to allow (https) access. Has anyone exerpeinced this? Anyone
have any ideas?

Thanks

Sean

My firewall is not blocking port 443 and I've entered those commands
listed above, still If I try to access a secure site, it just times out.
I've also read those sites and have made changes according to those
sites with no sucess.
