I.E. 6 hang

I access a multiple listing service regularly. All of a
sudden when I try to logon I get a small window in the
center of my screen that just says "Microsoft Internet
Explorer" and to the left of the square is a yellow
excaimation point. There is an "ok" button in the center.
If I click it it goes to my home page. In either case I
can no longer logon to this site from this computer. All
other computers...no problem. I tried reinstalling
Windows, IE 6 too and no help. Can anyone help me?
