Hello;

I have MS Windows XP Professional SP2 and MS Office Outook 2003 and I can't
find the way to disable Windows Messenger 4.7 each time I run Outlook, I
have "uninstalled" from Windows XP, but although the icon doesn't appear
near the clock, I know the process msmsgs.exe is executing. Simply, I like
more MSN Messenger 6.2 and when I connect to the Internet, it appears the
message: "You have signed in other place..." and it's Messenger 4.7!

Thank you.

Tools>Options>Other. Uncheck "Enable the Person Names Smart Tag" at the
bottom.

To both:

Outlook has both options enabled. Thank you for your answer. I'll disable
them.
