I don't want outlook as default E-mail.

I have incredimail and like it very much. Even when Outlook is not open I
cannot E-mail from an HTML without it going to an Outlook E-mail.

You answered your own question; don't have Outlook set as your default email
application then.
Either uninstall it or change the default in Control Panel-> Internet
Options-> tab Programs
