I don't want E-mails to Maximize!

Like the subject states "I don't want E-mails to Maximize!"
The thing is everytime since the latest UPDATE for outlook/office
whatever... My E-mails Maximize when I OPEN an email or press REPLY or even
when I click on NEW....
Frankly I prefer a simple e-mail window opened to the right of my screen the
way it use to be, because I usually have other projects going on while
reading my emails from the corner of my eye is what I'm use too...
Now whenever I even read someones emails I have to Un-maximize it & Shrink
the Window down to read it 'comfortably'...
Please any help on making this program remember the size & or the position
of the email,,, it's the only compliment i give aol is that screen feature
that allows you to have it where ever or minimized when it starts...lol...
Help...

It should do this already. Do you have an add-in installed that could cause
this? Also try;
Open a single e-mail, resize it hold CTRL and press the red X in the upper
right to close the window. Now open the same message again.

Nope no add ins....

It works now, it doesn't maximize & the only thing I've done was INSTALL the
Holiday thing for the Calendar....? Weird no? Maybe that put a file back were
it needed to be & forced it back to a regular sized screen!!! Muahaha *Happy
