I don't see an "accounts" set up option in Outlook tools section

I am trying to configure my AOL mail account to be sent to Microsoft Outlook
so I can sync with my new Palm Treo 700. When directed to click on "tools"
then "accounts" in Outlook to set this up, I don't have an "accounts" option
listed. Any assistance is appreciated.

What version of Outlook? If Outlook 2000, you may instead have
Tools>Services. In Outlook 2002/2003, it's Tools>E-mail Accounts.

Tools>Services.

Oh, by the way, if you DO have Outlook 2000 and see Tools>Services, you will
NOT be able to create an IMAP account. You'll have to switch back to
Internet Mail Only mode in order to enable IMAP accounts.
