Setting up 2 email accounts



Hi. I installed Outlook and set up my 2 Comcast email accounts under one
Profile; both are listed under Tools/Account Settings. But my Mail folders
are only showing downloaded mail from my default primary Comcast account; I
can't seem to locate any folders or email from my second email account. (In
Outlook Express I simply switched Identities.)

How can I switch to the second account...and download mail...I know it must
be something simple I'm missing. Thanks!


With a single Profile all mail accounts download mail to a single inbox.
Youv'e tested the accounts?
