I have already turned off all the settings I can find, but it insists on
still moving messages into the Junk folder. It's capturing several valid
messages even though it's set for no filtering.

HELP! Please.

If you have the filter disabled in Tools-> Options-> button Junk E-mail
Filter... then it sounds like you've got another spamfilter running. If you
are connected to an Exchange 2003 server it is most likely that your
administrator have enabled the serverside junkmail filter as well.

Thanks anyway. It's not running on Exchange.
