I created new auto texts, but they have disappeared when I reopen

I created a new tool bar holding new autotexts and when I close Word and
reopen Word my new toolbar and autotexts have dissappeared. I saved as
recommended in global.dot template.
 
Forgot to mention that when I closed word and opened it again after 1 minute
several times my auto txt were there, but after opening word half an hour
later they were gone.
