I created a switchboard but it will not open when I open the data

I created a switchboard in my database. I have chosen my main switchboard as
the default however when I open the database it does not open with the
switchboard. Does any one know what I am doing wrong here?

Hi,

From the main Access menu choose:
Tools | Startup
....and then in the "Display Form" combo box, select the name of
your Switchboard form from the list provided. Hit Ok when finished.

Now when the database opens it will display your Switchboard
form automatically.
