i could share my folders with office 2000 pro, why can't i do it .

i could share my folders with office 2000 pro, why can't i do it with office
2007 pro edition? normally it should appear in file/folders/share... please
help me!

What types of servers do you use? Do you connect to Exchange?
What server did you share with when using Outlook 2000?
