I Corrected Wrong Date and Time

What the??
Can't receive any Windows XP Home updates

I receive the following message when I link up to the Windows Web Update
home page..
"Your computer's date and time appear to be out of sync with an update
certificate.To fix

(WHICH I HAVE DONE)

1. In control panel,open Date and Time Properties.
2. Ensure that the date and time are correct.

Again I have corrected the date and time as instructed,,but still can't
update Windows
What certificate as described above is it referring to??
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

I figured it out
It was the wrong date setup in the BIOS not windows
