I can't view some pages in the internet nor sign in to MSN

I tried several times to sign in to MSN but "the page
cannot be displayed" message appears. I also tried
cliking on other several things on the internet but that
message appears. It seems that theirs something wrong
with the security settings or Java but I don't know what
to do. Please help me
