MSN Sign In

I recently had some problems with MY PC Windows XP. I am now not able to sign in to MSN..It state
"We are not able to sign you in. there may be a problem with our service or your internet connection
I tried to update My internet connection on the Connections Settings Tab in MSN Window but that doesnt work..Any help on this would be appreciated..
 
are your cookies set above medium high in ie?
tools internet options privacy

Thanks for your reply..My cookies are set at medium..but I think I have a llarger problem. I also cant restore my Pc to any previous date..
