I can't send mail from an aol account with windows mail

When I try to send mail this is what it says...
The host 'pop3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'pop3', Server: 'pop3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I'm not so smart with vista so I don't know how to fix this. Please help!

The host (server) "pop3" is incorrect. You need to find the help pages for
your email provider and/or your ISP. The server name must be appropriate for
your email provider and/or your ISP.

If you tell us who your ISP is then that might help. Also, tell us the part
of your email address (that you are trying to use) after the @. Someone
might be able to help you.
