I can't send e-mail

this is the message that that I getThe connection to the server has failed.
Subject '', Account: 'YAHOO.COM', Server: 'netscape.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
what can I do?
 
Where did you get those settings from? I don't think Netscape
offers POP email service.
What is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
