I can't seem to see my background pic in Preview mode

I have FP 2003, I've R-clicked on the pg. and I don't have a formatting
option. The background shows fine in Design mode....
 
What kind of background is it? An image? What's the code you have for the
background? Is there a URL where we can see this?
