old background color persisting

I'm using FP 2003. I have a web site that used to use pale yellow (FF,FF,CC)
as the background color. I recently changed the site to use an image in the
background rather than the yellow. The pages look fine in design and preview
modes. They're also fine when I preview them in a browser. Once I publish the
site, however, I've found that the yellow background persists on some pages.

Here's one that's right:
http://www.cmptp.com/4535.htm

and here's one that's wrong:
http://www.cmptp.com/4818.htm

When I look at formatting under page properties, background picture is
checked and the correct image is listed, but all the options in this section
are grayed out, which makes me think that these pages are getting background
information from another page. I can't find the setting for that, though.
This is the same for the pages that work and the pages that don't.
I need to get all the pages to use the same background and lose the yellow.
Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
Thanks.

You don't have a background image assigned to the page, just the page background color.

So how do I get a background image assigned to the page, since my background
image options are grayed out?

It you are using themes/shared borders, then make sure the pages that are incorrect are set to use
the web default for theme/shared border.
