i can't see

I have Win Me in the first HD and HP in a second
HD.Suddenly i lost my start page in the web surfing in me
operation system(becomes blank).This happehs only in start
page
 
Do u mean in IE. Goto Tools>>Internet Opitions>>Chnage Homepage
