I can't see my contacts or only see 3

I have over 100 contacts, but I can't seem them when I go to create a new
mail message.
In the new mail message I click on the To...button.
From Addres Book I select my Contact list from under Outlook Address Book
heading. It selects it, however only 3 contacts show up, but I have at least
100.
I only have one contact list and I've verified that there is a check mark
next to Show this folder as an email address book.
Please help

Most likely, the Contact Folder you are displaying in the address book view
is not the one that contains your Contacts, so contrary to your claim, you
probably do have more than one Contact Folder. Do all 100 of your Contacts
have valid, resolved electronic addresses?
