PS. im new to this so please explain clearly!!!

No crystal ball here today. Can you post the complete error message as shown when you try to get your email

i dnt get a message thru on windows mail but when i tried to send a message
from hotmail it said this:-
Reporting-MTA: dns;blu0-omc4-s26.blu0.hotmail.com
Received-From-MTA: dns;BLU102-W50
Arrival-Date: Thu, 14 Aug 2008 02:47:55 -0700

Final-Recipient: rfc822;[email protected]
Action: failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;554 <[email protected]>: Recipient address
rejected: Access denied

also when i press the send/recieve button it asks for my username and
password and when i enter it it just keeps asking for it even tho i entered
it correctly???

the message that appears when i try to log on reads:-

Account: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Server: 'pop.ntlworld.com', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR a password MUST be entered', Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Did you really mean to email a person at microsoft.com?
Most of them don't accept emails from the general public, or else
they would be inundated.

If you are sure you are entering the correct username and password, then
that type of error is often caused by interference from a non-
compatible antivirus program. Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus must be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
For more information on why email scanning is bad, see
