I can't receive email through Outlook 2003

I can't receive email through Outlook 2003.
I used to receive mail by cliking Send/Receive All.
Somehow it's not even working.
My friends tried to send email to me but they told me that they can't send
email to my address.
Please somebody help me.
PLEASE MAKE IT EASY FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND ^^

If senders cannot send e-mails to you then obviously you will have no
e-mails to receive. Your friends need to address their problem in sending
e-mails, or they need to tell you WHY they cannot send you e-mails, like
just exactly WHAT error message they get.
