I can't open links from e-mails.

Recently my computer will not allow me to open internet links people send me
via e-mail. This problem is only with my e-mail. It thinks for a minute and
then beeps, like Road Runner. I have no viruses, and have tried sytem resore.
 
This is an ACCESS newsgroup. We work on Access databases.
