I can't open a jpeg attachment in outlook 2003

Suddenly, Outlook 2003 no longer recognizes jpegs. I can;t open a jpeg
attachment; instead, I'm directed toa page that asks what type of code I want
to use to open the attachment.

You may want to try posting this question to an Outlook newsgroup.
This one deals with general questions for the database product called
"Access" which is part of the Office suite of programs.

Look for one of the fifteen Outlook newsgroups; they all start with:

microsoft.public.outlook
